Mabadiliko ya Matumizi ya Barabara za Samora na Sokoine

Umma unatangaziwa mabadiliko ya matumizi ya barabara za Samora na Sokoine kuanzia Jumatatu tarehe 28/04/2014. Mabadiliko hayo ni kwa mujibu wa kurahisisha mzunguko wa magari katikati ya Jiji la Dar es Salaam.

Barabara  ya Samora :

Muelekeo mmoja (Ocean Road Hospital -> Clock Tower)

Kuanzia mzunguko wa geti la kuingia Hospitali ya "Ocean Road" makutano na mtaa wa Luthuli katika barabara hii kupitia mzunguko wa Askari (Askari Monument) mpaka mzunguko wa Mnara wa Saa (Clock Tower) ; barabara hii itatumika kwa Kuelekea Mnara wa Saa tu njia zote mbili.

Barabara ya Sokoine:

Muelekeo mmoja (Central Police -> Luthuli Street)

Kuanzia Central Police (Stesheni) katika barabara hii kuelekea Posta ya zamani mpaka makutano na barabara ya Luthuli (Karimjee Hall) barabara hii itatumika kwa muelekeo huo tu. Hii ni pamoja na sehemu ya barabara ya Kivukoni toka makutano  Kivukoni na Mkwepu mpaka Kivukoni na Azikiwe.

Aidha barabara viungo kati ya Samora na Sokoine zitaendelea kutumika kama kawaida isipokuwa barabara ya Bridge itakuwa ni muelekeo wa Samora tu kutokea Sokoine na barabara ya Morogoro itatumika mpaka makutano na Mansfield tu.

It is with sadness that we share the news of the demise of Sajjad Imtiaz Visram of Mwanza.

Salaatul Mayyit will take place on Tuesday, April 22nd 2014 at 8pm Tanzanian Time at the Imambarghah.

Mo'mineen are requested to remember the Marhum with Surah-e-Fateha and Namaaz-Hadya Mayyit/Wahshat.

Members are requested to keep their businesses closed as a mark of tribute to the lady of light, beloved daughter of our Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him)

DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT - ASGHER HABIB PANJU

It is with sadness that we share the news of the demise of Marhum Asgarali Habib Panju of Toronto, who passed away on Saturday, March 29th, 2014 and will be buried Monday, March 31st, 2014.

Salaatul Mayyit will take place on Monday, March 31st, 2014 after Zuhr/Asr Salaat (9pm Tanzanian Time). Burial will be at York Cemetary, 101 Senlac Road.

Marhum was the father of Mehmud Asgarali Panju.

DSM Jamaat has arranged a majlis/ programme for gents and ladies to commemorate the death anniversary of our beloved children:-

Additionally, the Jamaat will be awarding certificate of appreciation to all the volunteers for services accorded during the collapse of building last year. List of volunteers in Jamaat records have been posted on the Jamaat notice board.  Volunteers who have contributed their services and whose names do not appear on the list are requested to call at the Jamaat Office to register their names and enable the issuance of their certificates.

Community Members are hereby notified that the Constitution Review Committee will hold its third Public Forum at Gents Imambargah on Sunday 2nd March 2014 at 10.00 am.

The objective of the Forum will be two fold namely,

• Provide a brief to the public on the stage reached in reviewing the Constitution and the challenges faced so far.
• Seek additional suggestions/comments from the public.
