HMGS AZADARI DAY
This year, we will commemorate this event at the IMAMBARGAH and thus Madrasah will be held at the Mosque for all our students - Boys Classes 1-6 and Girls Classes 1-11.
VENUE: LADIES AND GENTS IMAMBARGAH
TIMING: 8:40 am – 12:00 Noon
Cl 1 to 3 BOYS should report to the LADIES IMAMBARGHA
Cl 4 to 6 BOYS should report to the GENTS IMAMBARGAH
Cl 1 – 11 GIRLS report to the LADIES IMAMBARGAH
This event is compulsory for all students
Attendance will be recorded as normal
Any Non-attendance will require a valid parent’s letter.
All students must come in regular Madrasah uniform
The Day will include various interactive and interesting activities related to each age group with presentations, reflections, discussion and drama.
NOTE:
Students will be given fatya and should NOT bring food for break.
Students should just bring their own water bottles.
Please arrange to drop and collect your children on time as indicated.
PICK UP for :
o BOYS AND GIRLS : 1-3 - LADIES IMAMBARGAH – GROUND FLOOR from class teacher.
o BOYS 4 to 6 : GENTS IMAMBARGAH
o GIRLS 4-11 : LADIES SABEEL AREA
