MONDAY 10 DECEMBER 2018 FROM 8.00 AM TO 3.00 PM
All those who have not submitted their NIDA card application forms and have not been taken their biometric data (photo & finger prints ) are requested to report to KSIJ HALL, INDIRA GANDHI STREET, DAR ES SALAAM to get their finger prints and photograph taken on spot
All application forms must be submitted with the following
1) Endorsement from Serikali ya Mitaa (local Government) on the application form
2) Applicants passport copy
3) Applicants birth certificate copy
4) Applicants parents & Grand parents birth certificate copy
FOR GENTS :Wear dark shirt
FOR LADIES : wear dark blouse and scarf
SPECIAL TABLE HAS BEEN ARRANGED TO REGISTER ALL APPLICANTS WHO HAVE SUBMITTED THEIR FINGER PRINTS AND PICTURE BUT NOT ISSUED WITH NIDA CARDS
